Me voici de retour après une petite absence due à l’arrivée d’une 4ème merveille dans notre foyer….
Certes, cela ne m’a pas empêché de cuisiner mais de là à mettre les recettes en ligne… faut pas abuser!
Je voulais changer un peu de la traditionnelle tarte aux poireaux et j’ai choisi un crumble… pour la pâte à crumble j’ai pris la recette chez Céci et pour la garniture j’ai fait avec ce qu’il y avait dans mon frigo.
Pour 4 personnes:
- 6 blancs de poireaux nouveaux
- 1 carotte
- 2 escaloppes de dinde
- 10 cl de crème fraîche
- 2 cs de sauce soja
- rondin de chèvre
- 160g de farine
- 80g de beurre
- 2cs de fromage rapé
Préparation: 5min + 15min
Cuisson: 10mn + 20min + 20min
Réalisation:
- Nettoyer soigneusement les blancs de poireaux et les cuire entier 20min à la vapeur.
- Préparer le crumble:
- dans un saladier sabler le beurre bien frais couper en petits cubes avec la farine, puis ajouter le fromage râpé, sel et poivre.
- réserver au frais.
- La garniture:
- Couper la carotte et les escalopes en cubes.
- les faire revenir dans une poêle bien chaude avec la sauce soja pendant 10min, ajouter les blancs de poireau coupés en rondelles, la crème et le chèvre.
- Rectifier l’assaisonnement.
- mettre dans le fond d’un plat allant au four.
- Préchauffer le four à 175°C
- Mettre le crumble sur la garniture et enfourner 20min
Petits conseils:
- Mettre la quantité de chèvre en fonction de vos goûts, hier j’en ai mis 2 tranches (J’achète des bûches de chèvre d’un kilo que je coupe en tranche de 5mm puis congèle et sors en fonction des besoins)
- Je n’utilise que les blancs de poireaux afin que les enfants mangent sans faire la grimace, on mange les verts en vinaigrette!
- cette recette peut aussi se faire dans des ramequins individuels pour une entrée.
